Spring is a time of renewal and growth. And because this is a Wood/Dragon year, which amplifies creativity and positive change, this Spring is a particularly good time to start on ventures that will create new things, such as a new 'you'.
So it is auspicious that the Staffordshire Well Being Show is coming to Stafford in April.
I will be there offering free Shiatsu taster treatments and there will be many other things to experience, such as talks on different therapies and ways into wellbeing.
Admission is only £5 daily, £8 for both days, and under 16s are free. You can book in advance at Eventbrite and use the Fast Track desk in reception or pay on the day by cash or card. Opening times are... 10am-5pm Saturday; 10am-4pm Sunday.

May this Wood Dragon year bring you love, happiness, peace and prosperity. A Dragon year always brings good fortune, power, passion, and new opportunities. As this year is also Wood and Yang, 2024 will be about creation and growth. So anticipate a year that is dynamic, exciting, creative, and transformational.
I'm very pleased to announce that Shiatsu Stafford clients can now choose to be treated at the Tudor House Holistic Centre in Stafford.
The centre is managed by Maggie Jennings and provides excellent facilities for all sorts of treatments and therapies. Home treatments are still the best and most convenient option for clients. But having a treatment room available near to Stafford town centre is a good alternative for those who cannot accommodate a home visit.
August 2022 marked the 30th anniversary of my qualification as a Shiatsu therapist!
